The Xihu Longjing from Hey China Tea is a fresh and green tea that was not as sweet and nutty as other Longjing. It felt like spring on the tip of my tongue.
The 2020 ZSL Mahei from Tea Encounter is a fresh young puerh from spring 2020. It has some traces of Mahei sweetness but there is also something fresh going on.
Young sheng puerh can be delicious, but sometimes it is too young for me. I tend to stay away from sheng puerh that is less than two years old.
Tea Encounter’s Bai Yin Shan Yesheng is both refreshing and warming. It has complex flavours that go from fresh and green to a warming and subtle sweetness.
